Тогда после оказания себе помощи и восстановления имеет смысл двигаться за интересом, тем, что откликается. Цели - прекрасно, но они не должны нас убивать и истощать.

Каждый день, каждый момент предоставляет нам шикарную возможность, особенно в непростых для нас ситуациях: сделать вывод, остановиться, вырасти «об эту неприятность» или остаться прежним. Сегодня я немного взгрустнула, понимая, что лет 15 точно не использовала возможность роста))) Сожаление мне не свойственно сейчас, особенно в формате постоянного обдумывания одного и того же и «как надо было» как формы саморазруше…

Продолжение ⬆️ о решении проблем в тех отношениях, в которых они возникли. Пример 1. Маша (это имя, как и все другие имена, выдумано, все совпадения случайны). В отношениях с мужем возникли непонятные проблемы. Есть желание, чтобы помогал, был рядом чаще, как раньше - а он как будто испарился из их совместной жизни. У них есть ребенок. И Маша уверена, что он должен понимать, что ей нужна помощь, что ей сложно справ…

Любая проблема должна решаться в тех отношениях, в которых возникла. Это решение, которое убирает массу проблем, приближает жизнь к жизни мечты, делает ее более качественной. К слову, эту задачу мы решали в том числе в терапевтических группах, но сейчас пока не об этом. Сегодня со мной случилась магия. Села в машину, выйдя из леса, развернулась ехать обратно, домой. Проезжаю мимо остановки, стоит семья из трех человек, голосуют. Я проехала мимо и смотрю в зеркало заднего вида, понимая, но не головой, а чем-то, что нельзя объяснить: надо остановиться.
