Ставка 14% На заседании по ставке ЦБ РФ принял решение снизить ключевую ставку на -0.25%. Это 10 снижение подряд, после пика в 21%. При этом, текущие решение было самое неопределённое, если раньше все гадали на сколько снизят ставку, то сейчас рассматривали все 3 сценария, в том числе и повышение.
Народное достояние Лет 10 назад один товарищ рассказывал, что у его родителей еще со времен приватизации лежит пакет акций «Газпрома». Точную сумму не помню, но что-то около 1–2 млн рублей. В то время «Газпром» входил в топ-2 компаний по капитализации на российском рынке, периодически меняясь местами со «Сбером». 3-х рублей не хватило. Пользуюсь премиальным пакетом в Райфайзенбанке 💳, условия такие: в предпоследний и последний день месяца держать остаток 1.5 миллиона рублей. Накопительных счетов в банке нет, держу под 0%. За это клиент получает ДМС с 10 очными консультациями/анализами/исследованиями, чекап 1 раз в год, бизнес залы/рестораны, страховка. И вот, 1.07 я понимаю, что на счёте у меня 1499997, не хватило 3х рубл…

Ещё риск менее очевидный. В стране расходы превышают доходы, страна покрывает дефицит через новые выпуски ОФЗ, эти ОФЗ покупают банки на деньги вкладчиков. По старым ОФЗ надо платить проценты, под них выпустим ещё ОФЗ. А что если ставка в июле развернётся из-за всей ситуации с бензином, чтобы охладить спрос? Тело ОФЗ упадёт ещё больше (сейчас падает). Шёл 5й год...
