С завтрашнего дня вступают в силу ограничения на переводы для дропов, попавших в список Центробанка — не более 100 000₽ в месяц. Нововведение способно практически полностью убить oбнaл, p2p трейдинг, процессинг и т.д. на дистанции — все зависит от качества реализации данного механизма.
