Готов мой первый тестовый комфорт-походик с самыми маленькими детьми. С восстанавливающей программой, сапами, прогулками и недалеко от Москва. Для своих есть вариант организоваться пораньше, в качестве разведки.

Демонизировала мультики я только первый год жизни Киры, реально замечая последствия. Дальше уже разрешала дозировано смотреть мультики и явным фаворитом стали Три Кота. Какое то время они мне и самой нравились... На фоне Синего трактора и Котэ.Тв они смотрелись не плохо. Но сейчас уже прям очевидно, что родители котят должно быть на седативных, да и вообще мало вовлечены в их жизнь. А вот ныне фаворитом нашей семьи…

Вспомнила я весну с дочкой в Москве прошлым годом и уехала в Сочи. Даже не так... Сначала голос внутренний сказал мне туда ехать и за полчаса нашел идеальное место, а потом уже мозг покрутил "почему нам это сильно нужно". К нам подтянулась моя мама, что никогда не видела моря. А на пост меня вдохновил вот этот комикс. Сначала я а ним согласилась, и чем больше соглашалась, тем сильнее уставала прям в моменте. Мысли формируют нашу вселенную, и это уже доказанный факт. Так пусть моя вселенная будет про красивое, ресурсное и счастливое материнство для всех нас.

P.S. Конечно, помощь мужей и государства важна. Но просить о помощи лучше с позиции «мне нужна поддержка, потому что я люблю нашу семью и хочу быть для неё ресурсной», а не с позиции «это адский труд, ты мне должен». Иначе мы сами себя загоняем в угол вечных жертв. А эта позиция очень прожорливая и, буквально, высасывает ресурсы. А вы считаете материнство работой или чем-то бóльшим? Или может, просто чувствуете, что…

Сейчас очень модно стало говорить: «Материнство — это круглосуточная работа без выходных, которая должна оплачиваться!». Блогеры собирают лайки под постами об усталости, сравнивая себя с многозадачными менеджерами и требуя особого отношения. Я понимаю, откуда это берется. За беременность набрала около 28 килограмма. При стартовых 55 кг это серьезная нагрузка. 8 из них это была Кирочка, воды и отеки, а вот 20 кг — это то, что осталось со мной. Ещё До родов нашла курсы "восстановление после родов", но все как-то было не до того, казалось что дорого, и можно как-то по бесплатным видосам или организм сделает это Сам.. И вот когда Кире было месяца 4, все накопленные ресурсы закончились …
