Последние два месяца активно занимаюсь восстановлением здоровья. Сейчас в работе у меня две основных процедуры: • тэкар-терапия на шейный отдел • УВТ на стопы За последнее время я познакомилась с таким количеством новых технологий восстановления, что сама была удивлена. Сейчас тестирую часть из них на себе и собираю информацию. Вот это Прак - уже и в медицине продвигают медитации 👇

ФИЗИОТЕРАПИЯ - это 100% верный путь к активному и красивому долголетию! Физиотерапия убирает последствия, где мы когда-то накосячили… спрессовали, таскали тяжести, не правильно питались, не отдыхали .. их множество .. А дальше задача простая - больше не косячить 😅👌

Повернуть время в спять - так я назову инструменты физиотерапии, которые сейчас изучаю. Я научилась хорошо чувствовать тело.. и с возрастом я вижу изменения на лице, ощущения в теле меняются, где-то стянутость, где-то водянистость, а где-то сухость. И причина не в возрасте, а в циркуляции, обменных процессах и питании наших клеток. Эти процессы замедляются, а порой и блокируется… Из-за стрессов, травм и других повр…
