Це для переселенців субсидія на оренду житла не працює (менше 100 договорів за півроку), а для нардепів все ок. За допомогою субсидованих іпотечних кредитів (Держмолодьжитло+Укрфінжитло) на сьогодні житлом забезпечено трохи більше тисячі сімей переселенців. На фоні новин про маржу київських рішал Комарницького у третину вартості квартир, мільярдні субсидії забудовникам з міського бюджету і понад 1000 квартир за десятки мільйонів доларів у власності Бойка якось бракує матеріалів у медіа з поясненнями що нічого з доступністю житла не поробиш, бо це ринок так працює, така рівновага, не треба нічого регулювати, бо тільки дорожче стане.
