Компания Suno проиграла в немецком суде агентству по управлению авторскими правами GEMA. Доказано, что нейросеть обучалась на лицензионных материалах правообладателей без соответствующего разрешения (в Германии нет такого понятия как "fair use"). Компанию обязали выплатить компенсацию правообладателям (точная сумма будет ещё согласовываться) и запретить использование нейросети, которая использует нелицензионный матер

Обновился видеогенератор Seedance, вышла версия 2.5. Из обновлений: - одним промптом можно генерировать видео длительностью до 30 секунд и можно экстендить до 3-х минут - разрешение генерации до 4к - до 50 референсов (фото, видео, аудио) - добавили редактирование фрагментов видео - ну и в целом качество подросло (консистентность, логичность движений, детализация и т.п.). Минусы тоже есть: стоимость на генерацию на 50

Обновилась музыкальная нейросеть от Google - Flow Music, добавили модель Lyria 3.5 (прошлая 3 Pro тоже доступна для генерации). Из изменений: - инструменты стали звучать менее пластиково, особенно гитарки порадовали, стали звучать лучше (реалистичнее, приятнее на слух); - сильно улучшили стерео панорамирование инструментов, на слух можно легко отделить один инструмент от другого; - вокал стал заметно более эмоциональ

Появился бесплатный сервис для быстрого мастеринга Suno треков - PureWavs. Добавляет небольшую эквализацию, атаку, сатурацию и подрезает шумы. Есть готовые пресеты под жанры rock, dance, lo-fi. Вокал в треках после обработки звучит чище и более реалистично, удаляется тот самый "песок".

Сбер обновил свой музыкальный генератор и поменял его название. Теперь это не SymFormer, а Сингл. Также теперь под запретом коммерческое использование генераций, хотя по новому закону сервис теперь обучает нейронку на каталоге Звука абсолютно легально. На удивление новый генератор имеет вполне неплохое качество генераций. Особенно инструментала, вокал же, кажется, примерно на уровне Suno 3.5 или чуть похуже, что тоже

Появился локальный чекер (запускается на вашем компьютере), который выявляет ИИ-генерации треков - AI Track Inspector. Suno определяет достаточно точно. Из плюсов - показывает на таймлайне где именно особенно заметна генерация (плохо, что без возможности прослушать фрагмент). Автор чекера - TG-канал SoundLife, есть также версия для MacOS.
