Отпечатал впускной патрубок на спортбайк Suzuki GSXR srad. Печатать по модели заказчика.

Спроектировал по образу и подобию датчик положения коробки передач для мотоцикла Suzuki rf 600r. Родной датчик умеет показывать только положение нейтральной передачи. Мой же датчик может показать передачи от 1й до 6й, включая нейтральную тоже. Контакты из латуни Л63 изготовил так же сам, на токарном станке. Теперь жду все необходимые запчасти, которые ещё не дошли из Китая до меня, так что результат будет слегка позж…

Осваиваю полипропилен. Материал капризный, но весьма серьёзным по своим эксплуатационным свойствам. Не реагирует с бензином и маслом. Стойкий к температуре. Рабочая до 120°С. Достаточно мягкий, но при этом прочный на излом и разрыв. В общем - отличный материал, нужно будет придумать, куда его можно применять. На фото - крышка карбюратора Mikuni bdst36

Чтож, отпечатал тестовый вариант (на фото он справа). Примерил, вкрутил винты по месту. Встало - как родное. А это значит, что можно будет начать проектировать эту накладку уже с посадочными местами под дополнительные приборы, не прибегая к вандализму над оригинальной накладкой.

Теперь сканирую всё, до чего дотянутся руки и что можно быстро открутить😁 В данном случае - декоративные жабры, которые ломаются в первую очередь при падении.

И так! Мой творческий перерыв закончился. Пытаюсь начать работать снова. На этот раз отсканировал пластиковую накладку с мотоцикла Suzuki rf 600. Буду моделировать и делать посадочные места под дополнительные приборы.

Вброшу немножко активности, а то подумаете, что я ничего не делаю совсем.😁 Сделал мягкие демпферы-прокладки для ветрового стекла своего мотоцикла (те, что сверху), а так же, решил сделать упорные шайбы для винтов, крепящих пластик мотоцикла. Материал демпферов - мой любимый ТПУ75. Материал шайб - ABS с карбоновым волокном 7%.

Телегу у нас активно блочат и тут мог быть призыв к подписке на канал в "мессенджере" который ловит на парковках, но у меня его нет и не будет. Я крайне против всей этой гадости, потому пока у меня есть в принципе доступ к интернету, я буду вести телеграмм канал. Так же, у меня есть группа в вк, но я её практически не веду, так как неудобно. 😨

Кондиционерная консоль частично делается. Частично - потому что есть некоторые моменты, которые я не могу пока что сделать. Помимо хондры, в данный момент нет времени. Но на ближайшее время есть планы по завершению "проекта" с кондиционером, так как уже весна, начинается сезон, а это значит только одно - старт нового проекта, который в себя вберёт все технологии, которыми я сейчас располагаю, а так же, освою технолог…

И так, мои хорошие, закину вам пару новостей. Работы по кондиционеру пока в режиме вялотекущего долгостроя. Я поймал очередную хондру, потому нет совершенно желания что-то моделировать. Как говорит молодёжь - нету вайбика. Из последнего, что сделал - разъём управления скоростью мотора печки. На кондиционерной версии он другой. В жертву пришлось принести очередной блок управления климатом.
