Вчера была в кино с сыном. Классный фильм. Отдельное спасибо актёрам за игру, ощущения что это фильм не было совсем)))...была настоящая жизнь. Хочу поделиться фильмом, который неожиданно попал в самое сердце. Это «Кроличья нора». Сейчас я учусь на психотравматолога, и мы как раз проходим тему шоковых травм и работы горя. Хотела вам порекомендовать фильм. В нём очень просто и понятно показано формирование опыта, который затем влияет на всю дальнейшую жизнь человека. В этом фильме описан сам механизм психотерапии. Все наши реакции родом из прошлого. И, когда в настоящем, можно посмотреть на своё прошлое и пережить его с новым опытом, тогда и настоящая жизнь начинает менять...постепенно, бережно меняются ваши реакции на жизненные ситуа…

С ребятами в 11.40 играли "Всмятку". В этой игре важно собрать большее количество очков, но чтоб это сделать важно избавиться от тухлых яиц.
