Сделал хоум-офис на прокачку Начал ещё полгода назад прикупать разные вещи для хоум-офиса, в котором провожу половину дня регулярно. Вот список вещей, которые советую: —Кресло herman miller. Oura ring 2 месяца назад купил себе кольцо-трекер. Выбирал между whoop и oura. Браслет менее удобным показался. Основная цель — следить за уровнем сна, и отдавать накопившийся долг по сну.
