Kesimpulannya ; Jika developer tidak menyetujui terjadinya pembatalan akad (iqolah), sementara pembeli tidak mau meneruskan pembayaran angsuran dengan berbagai alasan, maka secara status syar'i si pembeli tetap dihukumi sebagai pihak yang berhutang. Berbeda dengan akad yang sifatnya jaiz (boleh). Artinya, boleh boleh saja jika salah satu pihak membatalkan sepihak akadnya. Contoh akad yg sifatnya jaiz adalah akad samsarah alias perantara penjualan alias makelar.
