🌞🌞🌞 Утро доброе😁 Сегодня оладья из трех ингредиентов: нутовая мука, тыква, запечённая с вечера, яйца. Бри из козьего молока, джем без сахара черничный Mr. Djemius. Про севиче. Это блюдо из свежей рыбы или морепродуктов (например, креветки или осьминог), где рыба "готовится" за счёт кислоты сока цитрусовых. Я чаще всего использую белую рыбу без кожи (сибас, корвина, дорада) или креветки. Севиче стоит готовить только в том случае, когда вы на 100% уверены в качестве и свежести рыбы.
