我哋前日順利舉行年度軍事體能測試，雖然天氣唔係最理想，時晴時雨地面濕滑、仲非常凍，但參加者仍然全情投入，按指示完成每一項測試。無論是耐力跑、力量項目，定係協調性訓練，所有人都展現出堅毅、專注同埋高度紀律，表現令人讚賞。天氣惡劣更貼近真實作戰環境，能夠堅持完成測試，充分展現大家嘅韌力同專業精神。我哋對參加者嘅努力及投入表示衷心感謝。 今次活動整體流程順暢，職員與教官分工明確，安全措施亦已全面落實。然而，活動期間亦出現唯一美中不足之處，有不明身份人士在場外試圖騷擾訓練進行，幸得同事成功控制該名人士。事件亦反映我哋有能力迅速而有效地化解突發狀況，確保現場安全。 為保障參加者安全及防止類似情況再次發生，我哋決定未來的相關訓練及測試活動只會提供月份同地區，所有詳情將會於報名確認後，按個別參加者以私密方式提供。 我哋目標係每半年舉行一次測試活動，暫時預定下一次係5-6月，大倫敦區域。希望下一次會見到大家！

首届在英港人模擬英軍體能測試訓練 我哋訓練一班有志參軍港人已經有一段日子，係時候驗證一下成果。因此我哋決定舉行一個半公開嘅體能測試，模擬英國陸軍Role Fitness Test，歡迎大家加入。 時間：22/11/2025 地點：War Memorial Park (Kenilworth Rd, Coventry CV3 6PT） 活動內容：利用英國陸軍體能標準，測試參加者各項能否達到入伍要求，鼓勵參加者挑戰自我，成就目標。在場義工亦可向有興趣入伍的參加者提供參軍資料。 測試一：負重25kg 急行軍4km，然後負重15kg 全速跑2km 測試二：7.5米戰術性推進x20，然後是15米伏地爬行及15米衝刺。 測試三：傷員拖行20米。 有興趣人士可以在此post/公海留言，會有義工PM。
