А бывает, что вы понимаете, что ничего вы собственно дурного не сделали, а чувство вины и стыда есть, тогда это нереальные или невротические чувства. Здесь нужно работать, смотреть их истинную причину. Прошлым летом со мной случилась вот такая невротическая вина со стыдом. Я понимала, что мне абсолютно не за что быть виноватой, а уж тем более стыдиться, а чувства эти появились, при чём такие сильные, что я целый ден…
