این خبر کاملا رپرتاژ و احتمالا به سفارش املاکی ها و بساز بفروش هاست به خصوص پارگراف آخرش. اتفاقا مسکن به دلیل نقدشوندگی پایین و عدم تناسب قدرت خرید مردم برای تقاضای مسکن به احتمال زیاد وارد رکود خواهد شد و به هیچ وجه حداقل طی یکی دوسال اینده جای مناسبی برای سرمایه گذاری نیست. بلکه صرفا خرید مسکن به دید مصرفی منطقی است.

اگر چه رشد بورس طبیعی بود و اینجا توضیح داده بودم. اما این سبز شدن آن هم سبزی فراگیر قطعا نمی تواند ماندگار باشد. کلا اینکه در بازاری مثل بورس که در آن محصولات مختلف و شرکت های متنوع حضور دارند همه بازار با هم مثبت و منفی شوند کاملا مشخص است این مثبت و منفی ها اقتصادی، واقعی و منطقی نیست لذا طبیعتا نمی توانند ماندگار باشد.
