показую цікавий момент - цю картинку робила в два шари, використовуючи фішку з традиційного малювання пейзажів, коли роблять підмальовку яскравим кольором цікавим чином це додає глибини і змінює сприйняття кольорів, хоча загалом у фіналі навіть не ясно буває, що використовувався рудий)

Учора Верховна Рада прийняла закон 12414, що скасовує незалежність НАБУ (Національне антикорупційне бюро України) і САП (Спеціалізована антикорупційна прокуратура) і підпорядковує їх Генпрокуратурі. Якщо простими словами, то це ліквідація незалежності антикорупційних органів і зосередження ще більшої влади в руках Генпрокуратури (яка в нас, на жаль, історично корумпована).…
