در سال ۱۳۹۶ کلنگ ساخت سدلاستیکی در روستای خانههای آسیاب به زمین زده شد. قرار بود این سد ظرف مدت ۱۸ ماه ساخته و به بهرهبرداری برسد. در سال ۱۴۰۱، فرماندار وقت آستارا از پیشرفت ۶۴ درصدی این پروژه خبر داد. با گذشت ۸ سال از زمان ساخت، این سد هنوز تکمیل نشده است. در سال ۱۳۹۸ به منظور ساخت این سد صدها درخت هیرکانی قطع شدند. @hamyaranta

برکه شیلات به نفسنفس افتاد! برکهای که به عنوان یک زیستگاه شناخته می شود و در سال ۱۳۹۰ میزبان تعداد زیادی از پرندگان مهاجر بود این روزها زیر خاک دفن میشود تا تبدیل به زمینی برای ساختوساز شود! بعد از تالاب آق، استیل و برکه پریان حالا نوبت برکه شیلات است. @hamyaranta
