عزيزي الصيدلاني المختص خلي اشرحلك كلشي الدواء حتى يشتغل لازم يذوب داخل المعدة أو الأمعاء حتى يدخل إلى الدم ADME . بعض الأدوية مثل Valsartan عندها ذوبانية ضعيفة، لذلك الجسم ما يستفيد منها بشكل كامل إلا إذا أخذنا جرع جبيرة مثل 80 أو 160 أو 320 mg. هذا يفسر ليش جرع الـ Valsartan العادي عالية بالارقام فوك . العلماء واجهوا مشكلة أن هواية من الأدوية ضعيفة الذوبان، فابتكروا تقنية اسمها Solid Dispersion. وركزلي هنا هذه…
