В одній із справ під час судового засідання суддя Юлдашев оголошує рішення "в позові відмовити" (це зафіксовано на аудіозаписі і в проколі судового засідання). Засідання закінчується і через декілька днів ми отримуємо не рішення суду, а ухвалу, де значиться "позов залишити без розгляду". Треба розуміти, що ці дві речі дуже різні. Україною прокотилась хвиля недобросовісних позовів від такої собі контори "Менелай". Це не цікаво. Цікаво інше - читайте, вам сподобається. Контора Менелай мала тих самих власників, що й сумновідомі колектори "Дніпрофінансгруп". "Наша юридична команда буде...", - тобто, Смілянському мало мільйонної зарплатні - він ще й своє шкурне питання буде за кошти компанії вирішувати. "Для захисту компанії і мене як керівника" - я це держава, держава це я? Десь це вже було... Інтереси компанії Укрпошта, яка позбудеться некомпетентного керівника, лише виграють від його звільнення. Сподіваюсь, що юридична команда компанії донесення цю думку до некозла.
