Сбербанк с 1 мая снизит ставки по ипотеке на новостройки и вторичное жилье, минимальная ставка составит 13,9%, говорится в сообщении кредитной организации. «Сбербанк принял решение с 1 мая 2022 года снизить ставки по ипотеке по базовым ипотечным продуктам, в том числе на новостройки и приобретение жилья на вторичном рынке.
