Как угробить обучение, не трогая само обучение Для провала обучения совсем не обязательно делать плохой тренинг. Можно пригласить отличного эксперта. Подготовить полезную программу. Собрать актуальные кейсы. Сделать хорошие материалы. А потом отправить участникам письмо: «Приглашаем вас такого-то числа в такую-то аудиторию на 3 часа». И всё. Ни зачем это нужно. Всегда ли больше=лучше? Иногда мне кажется, что в обучении есть тихий, но устойчивый культ: если ты не насыпал в программу 10 теорий, 15 фамилий и 3 «подхода с разных сторон» — значит, ты недоработал. Заказчики, бывает, если видят в программе только 1 подход, на котором строится вся программа, просят: а можно еще добавить подходов? И вот тут у меня начинается внутреннее сопротивление.
