Ленивый штрудель. Ингредиенты: 1 яблоко Лаваш (у меня из вкус вилл, круглый, можно любой) Корца Мёд Орешки/шоколад/сахарная пудра. Рецепт: Режем кубиками одно яблоко, добавляем корицу, 50 мл воды, варим до смягчения яблок. Сливаем лишнюю воду, откладываем яблоки, но воду не выбрасываем, она может понадобиться. Гранола. Сытное и полезное дополнение завтрака. 1. Берём любимые орешки и сухофрукты. У меня в общей сумме на 100 грамм получилось: пекан, кедровые, макадамия и курага. 2. Добавляем 300 грамм овсяных хлопьев, смешиваем с орехами. 3. Добавляем 100 грамм мёда и 50 грамм растительного масла. 4. Все перемешиваем и отправляем в духовку на 10 минут при 200 градусах, достаём, перемешиваем и опять в духовку до золотис…
