В 40 минутах езды от Милана находится город Новара, регион Пьемонт, куда мы и решили отправиться в эти выходные Пока вбивала в гугле название города, в подсказках вылезло ‘Новара где пообедать’ - хороший знак подумала я😁 Оказалось, у города свои 5 нетипичных блюд: 1. Всё в Италии хорошо. Кроме майонеза. Страна, вкусно пахнущая кофе, пирожными и булочками, создавшая гастрономический этикет, покорившая мир кулинарными выдумками и сделавшая нас всех немного говорящими по-итальянски (ciao, pizza, pasta, прошутто…) просто не обращает внимание на тот факт, что майонез у них на прилавках просто позорище несъедобное😅 хочу верить, что это из-за редкого использования.. и что больше он съе…
