Сегодня до меня доехал спецзаказной комплект Unlimit. И сразу же побежал на лёд пробовать. Руки замечательные, как всегда. Ловушка ловит, блин отбивает). С щитками всё интереснее. Покатавшись в Unlimit, понял, что эта модель подходит чуть больше для меня, чем Supreme. Они и не сильно жёсткие, и не сильно мягкие, а R-образный профиль отлично по ноге садится. Ну а дизайн вы сами видите 🔥. В общем, доволен на все 💯

Доброе утро ☀️ Скуп (scoop) — вариант ловли шайбы, когда она летит в район щитка, а ты забираешь её ловушкой снизу вверх. Используется, чтобы мгновенно забрать шайбу под контроль и не дать сопернику добить с пятака.

Комплексное упражнение Shuffle - split - shuffle (T-push) - Rvh - Slide - slide 🥅 Вратарь стартует с края вратарской . Выполняет Shuffle в центр, затем Split с отбиванием шайбы которая идёт по льду После отбития шайбы — вратарь перемещается по ходу движения для отражения второго броска за счет shuffle или t-push Далее закручивается в RVH, садится и по передаче выполняет слайд в центр, а затем слайд к штанге.

Работа с активными руками Когда нападающий находится близко к вратарю и убирает шайбу в сторону, задача вратаря — вести руку в шайбу 🏒 Это позволяет сократить угол обстрела и минимизировать пропускание гола. Рука должна следовать за шайбой, а не ждать её в одной точке 🥅
