То есть, что я хочу сказать, 🌈у кого ферритин низкий, витамин Д его тоже поднимает, я теперь вижу это опытным путем, он его подтягивает за собой на столько же пунктов, насколько вырос Д🎊. 🔥ещё и на Д ушли мои аутоимунные показатели!Анф пришел в норму, афс синдром показатель стал в 40 раз меньше, минимальный, иммуноблот на волчанку стал нормальным, при 3 положительных пунктах до этого!!!🔥 То есть с 39 до 48 вырос ф…

Хочу обратить ваше внимание что и ферритин по тихоньку прибавляется.Хотя никаких особых новых продуктов я не ем в плане железа.При этом мой повышенный гемоглобин много лет снизился до норм значений. С 141 постоянно до 133, что наверное скорее плюс, чем минус. Но нельзя забывать что и пиявки я ставила тоже, но уже давно не ставлю, чтобы понимать как именно Д действует на организм мой лично. Было стало за 2.5 мес!Учитывая что сейчас лето и я живу в Сочи ...судите сами как он медленно растет, но растет! Доброго утра всем🧚♀ Сестра посоветовала рецепт салата помидоры, огурцы, авокадо, китайская капуста, красный лук, лимонный сок (я ещё добавляю кисло сладкий соус, оч вкусно, необычно) Самое интересненькое подоспело, на днях сдала витамин Д и ферритин после 2.5 мес приема витамина Д по 15000 и магния 400. Кстати дочке старшей сдала пролактин в Инвитро на перепроверку, по ОМС показало 1860,превышение аж в 3 раза, а в Инвитро ,350 пролактин .. теперь квест попасть с ней к гинекологу по ОМС и ещё раз пересдать его по ОМС снова ..ещё паразитов нашли, будем опять прооивовпаразиатрку пить, но точно не таблетки, тригельм думаю, у дочки низкий ферритин 22 и железо 8,эзонофилы 4,я сразу стала копать туда,не дожидаясь врачей,с…

Эти фото сделаны в момент ожидания сделки по участку.Нам очень понравился этот уютный городок, с хорошими людьми, это конечно в первые дни дало мне стресс и понимание что ипотека взята на 30 лет ещё к тому же ....

В итоге, мы вышли на сделку, она не происходила 3 дня, пришлось с дочкой в моем состоянии вата + карусель в голове, жить в Туапсе 3 дня, ждать когда сбер сможет разобраться как оформить недострой по документам для ипотеки 🙈😏 Я вам не говорила,но, мне снятся вещие сны, и давно.С момента майдана с 2014 мне снится что эта война у нас, и когда началось сво, я знала что это начало моих снов.
