Мне очень нравится одна история из книги «Метта, любящая доброта» про болезнь мальчика и как его мама помогла ему выздороветь. Лучше конечно послушать (книга есть в аудио варианте в свободном доступе), но в кратком изложении история выглядит так: Обнаружилось, что мальчик плохо, практически совсем не видел в темноте.
