❇توافق بيمهای كارگر با كارفرما❇ ✅ کارگران و کارمندان شاغل در کلیهی شرکتها و سازمانهای بخش خصوصی، از همان روز اول مشمول قانون تامین اجتماعی هستند. هرگونه توافق در خصوص موضوع بیمه میان کارگران و کارفرمایان باطل میباشد و در نهایت کارفرما محکوم و جریمه خواهد شد. 🔴موضوع بیمه تحت هیچ شرایطی قابل توافق و یا تهاتر نمیباشد. @ganonkar1
