В різних чатах нам часто дорікають, що символіка, яку використав Олександр дійсно заборонена в Україні. Зауважимо два нюанси: 1) Ми не знаємо, що інкримінують Олександру; 2) Прапор НБП не є забороненим на території України (проте заборонений на території рф). Якщо серп та молот на ньому незаконний, то незаконною є також публікація герба Австрії.
