За несколько дней самообразования и чтения книжки выяснилась очередная истина из разряда "никогда так не было и вот опять". Оказалось, что много разных вещей, которые я думала, я никогда не пойму, потому что я слишком тупая - на самом деле в силах человеческих понять, если прочитать какое-то последовательное объяснение начиная с азов. Проснулась я как-то одним утром понедельника, и некоторое время таращилась на группу вкладок в свеом телефоне. Там были фильтр и кофе. Коллега научил меня как ловко решать все проблемы с гитом с помощью git rebase -i - и теперь я просто как почтальон Печкин, у которого есть велосипед. Это я почему раньше так гит не любила? А это потому что у меня интерактивного ребейза не было)) А еще помните в Айболите было такое животное Тянитолкай? ))) Просто мое тотемное животное теперь. Еще дурацкое наблюдение. Раньше программирование вызывало у меня довольно сильный стресс. Я прям удивилась, когда коллега сказал, что конечно ему нравится процесс (с комментарием, а почему бы иначе он бы работал программистом?). Начала я, значит, понемногу вглядываться в С++. Если вам почему-то тоже нужно вглядываться в эту бездну, то мне рассказали, что раньше была такая специализация от Яндекса на Курсере: “Белый пояс по C++”, желтый, красный, коричневый и черный. В качестве хобби я хожу в качалку, привычку эту я завела во время аспирантуры, и она здорово помогает мне не ебануться! Лучшее мое приобретение в аспирантуре:) Так же в целом, я считаю, что за то чтоб думать мне на работе платят, а в тренажерке я делаю что сказали, у меня для этого есть тренерка=) Но совсем отказаться от привычки почитать литературку по теме конечно не могу. Про тренинг, носимые устройства, физиологи…

Совершенно не связным образом, но как-то в рифму с предыдущим постом, коллега прислал мне видео Уэса МакКинни (Wes McKinney), создателя pandas - c одной из самых-самых первых презентаций pandas. 13 лет назад опубликовано это видео! - Не только пандас тогда - это совершенно новая штука, но и ipython ноутбуки только появились. Посмотрела видео Веритасерума про цепи Маркова: "The Strange Math That Predicts (Almost) Anything". Во-первых, забавно, что вся эта история начинается со спора о применимости математики для рассуждения о свободе воли! Когда я искала работу (простыню про это дело я публиковала в своем “финском” канале https://t.me/northandmoss/1246), успела сходить на довольно много собесов, иногда там были какие-то неожиданные интересные обсуждения. Есть один момент со сменой работы, который экономит мне кучу нервных клеток. Когда моя работа была напрямую связана с темами ментального здоровья, это было тяжеловато, потому что куда ни ткни в психологии, у каждого не-специалиста есть ✨МНЕНИЕ. И когда я вижу, что это мнение с научными представлениями совпадает вот как - никак, то молча пройти мимо я обычно не могу. Давит на мозг и обостренное чувство справедливости…
