Наш новый объект «лимонная симфония»😊 Мы не боимся яркого декора в своих проектах, такие фотографии очень «втягивают» потенциального арендатора или покупателя «провалиться» в объявление, что увеличивает количество просмотров, а это - сокращает время сдачи или продажи квартиры. Сегодня с Ариной на закупках декора для хоумстейджинга нового объекта. «Фамилия» очень нравится по ассортименту и ценам. После хоумстейджинга квартиры у нас выглядят вот так ЖМИ

На завершающей стадии студия на ул.Барклая. Ремонт мы закончили. Сейчас собираем мебель, на следующей неделе хоумстейджинг и фотосессия. Это уже вторая квартира, которую мы делаем для этого заказчика, первая была для личного проживание, эта для сдачи в аренду.
