They almost got me to work today but I have decided to wield my agency as a sword to cut the chains of employment for a brief respite and use PTO to go home and read fantasy books and play video games and back squat. I will be free forever and shall die with my reins held by my own hands

There is a certain appeal to training lifts that are not particularly glorious but need to be done as part of a reasonable program. There are some lifts that are just the equivalent of wiping your ass or changing your vehicle's oil, like Bulgarians or really anything rear delt focused. You do them, but because you should, not necessarily because it's a ton of fun or it makes you feel strong.
