Беговая дорожка - мой лучший друг. Вдогонку к сегодняшней публикации о сахаре, иногда делюсь, как мне удалось с февраля сбросить 14 кг и выйти по ИМТ из зоны ожирения. Обратите внимание на мокрую как хлющ футболку. При этом, я не бегаю - только хожу 30 мин. Сегодня скорость была до 5.0 км/ч, наклон - до 12%.

Итак, снова хочу поговорить о лишнем весе и о том, как я с февраля месяца сбросил на сегодня уже 14 кг. Без новомодных средств, без какой-то специальной диеты, при том, что минимум занимаюсь спортом и ем всё, даже иногда Макдональдс. Новое слово в моих ежедневных 2,5 км ходьбы - треккинговые палки. Удивлён, что раньше о таком не думал. 1. Разгрузка коленных суставов - намного легче ходить. 2.
