Es ist echt verwunderlich, was in diesem Land als Verwaltungsakt und richterliche Kommunikation angesehen wird. Da gibt es für einen Verhandlungstermin eine ärztliche Bescheinigung, welche die Verhandlungsunfähigkeit aus medizinischer Sicht attestiert.
