السفر للتنزه وهو إزالة كدورة النفس والملل عنها يجوز الترخص بالقصر وغيره.. بخلاف السفر لمجرد رؤية البلاد بل هذا يعتبر سفر معصية على المذهب كمانص عليه العلامة ابن حجر الهيتمي.

من شرط جواز الصلاة على الجنازة تقدم طهر الميت من غسل أو بدله وهو التيمم. فلو كان الميت أقلف غير مختون فإن لم يكن تحت قلفته نجاسة ويمم فإن الصلاة عليه صحيحة. وإن كان تحتها نجاسة ولم تمكن إزالتها فعند ابن حجر يجوز أن ييمم ويصلى عليه. وعند الرملي لا يصلى عليه لأن شرط صحة الصلاة تمام طهره وتيممه غير صحيح لأن شرطه إزالة النجاسة قبله. واختار قول الإمام الرملي شيخنا الفقيه عبد الله الأنباري رحمه الله في درس المنهاج
