Неделя 32. Боялась заглядывать в экранное время, потому что после сломанного графика жизни/работы просто выживала. Выживала=таращилась в телефон. Из-за этого теряла еще больше энергии, теряла фокус. Проспала сегодня утреннюю прохладу, но предсоревновательную отбегала. Это была моя первая предсоревновательная. Раньше я упорно сознательно или нет пропускала, потому что НУ ЧТО ЗА БРЕД бегать перед тяжелым забегом. Надо же силы накопить/сохранить. Смысл пока мне не понятен. Если Вы знаете, то поделитесь. Спад жары должен был начаться сегодня, но не ощущаю. Зажарилась.

Обещала рецепт хлеба по методу лентяя. 💜закваска (у меня обычно грамм 20, но я хочу поэкспериментировать с бОльшим количеством) 💜350 мл теплой воды (у меня стакан) 💜500 гр муки (я обычно мешаю с 10-20% цельнозерновой) 💜 мешаю миксером 10 мин Оставляю на 1 час при комнатной температуре 💜мешаю миксером 10 мин второй раз (могу в этот этап добавить начинку) Еще на час оставляю Достаю из чаши миксера и начинаю складыва…

Ну что, наконец-то со мной случилось то, чего я так боялась. Необходимость ЕСТЬ на дистанции. До сих пор справлялась без этого всего, хотя в Кисловодске четко ощутила, что на последние 2 км сил не хватило (ноги передвигала с трудом). Тут уже получила четкие наставления от тренера. Итого: у меня есть 5 гелей по 22 грамма углеводов, а надо 9-10😅 Опыта поедания их никакого. Один раз попробовала. Вроде не блевала и не…

Сфоткала как выглядел после расстойки и перед выпеканием. Получился уродец🙈 Но необычно. Забыла в первой половине выпекания создать влажность. Да и вообще теплый замес был очень коротким. Сегодня попробую переделать😢
