استاد عبدالمجید ارفعی، پژوهشگر برجستهٔ ایرانی در حوزهٔ زبانهای باستانی و ایلامی درگذشت. او که از مهمترین کتیبهخوانان ایران بود و نقش مهمی در ترجمهٔ لوحهای گلی تختجمشید و استوانهٔ کوروش بزرگ داشت، صبح امروز درگذشت. عبدالمجید ارفعی متولد ۹ شهریور ۱۳۱۸ در بندرعباس و از پیشکسوتان ترجمهٔ خط میخی ایلامی و اکدی بود. او نخستین کسی بود که استوانهٔ کوروش بزرگ را از زبان بابلی نو به فارسی ترجمه کرد و بیش از دو هزار و پان…
