Ходила на обучение парению и спа! Так это интересно 😍 напарились в свое удовольствие 💦 Помню в детстве мама водила меня в общественную баню в нашем дачном поселке. И мне повезло! Там парились настоящие банщицы💕 Антоновские яблочки в парилке для аромата, и венички дубовые, березовые, пихтовые или со смородиновыми веточками 🌱 И скрабы соляные с арома маслами, и мыльный массаж веником, а потом ополоснуть волосы травя…

Наконец-то дошла до выставки в Манеже про Бенуа! И Ваня тоже узнал много нового😂 С детства люблю рассматривать рисунки, картины, графику! Даже хотела быть художницей ❤️ Рекомендую сходить и полюбоваться! А еще интересно сходить в музей-квартиру Бенуа на какой-нибудь концерт, там расскажут о семье, о потомках, а хозяйка квартиры сыграет на арфе 🥰

Всем привет! Я все еще привыкаю к зелени👌 и полезно, и даже начинает казаться, что вкусно, но пока это не моя привычка, только дисциплина. Каждый день по чуть-чуть🌱 Мне этой весной хочется поменяться, как гусеница в бабочку😂 Есть тут те, кто может поделиться своими полезными привычками, которые облегчают и улучшают жизнь?
