由于福州大学现有如下行径： 1. 强迫想要使用校园网的学生办理月费高达 59元/人/月 的校园网套餐； 2. 实行校内一人一号实名上网； 3. 登陆校园网需要使用指定客户端软件； 4. 限制每个账户仅可登陆两台设备； 5. 主动探测并禁止学生使用路由器，甚至禁止使用电脑开热点、使用手机模拟器软件； 6. 禁止学生在连接校园网时使用 VPN、游戏加速器； 7. 对违反规定的学生以断网处理；将多次违反规定的学生加入黑名单，拒绝对其提供校园网服务。 上述行径严重违反了互联网精神、Mozilla 宣言等被世界所接纳与欢迎的不成文标准，严重损害了学生访问互联网的权利。 本人决定对福州大学宣战，将利用本人现有的一切技术，力争突破学校的封锁，为尽可能多的人争取使用自由互联网的权利。
