تکمله: مهدی محمدی-مشاور رئیس تیم مذاکرهکننده ایران-در تاریخ ۳ تیرماه به درستی تصریح کردند[+] «منظور از شروط رهبری بند ۱۳ تفاهمنامه اسلام آباد است.» به این معنا که همانطور که اعلام شد[+] از هفت شرط اعلامی رسانه رهبر انقلاب، دو مورد «لغو جامع تمامی تحریم ها» و «خاتمه موضوعات هستهای» جزو شروط اجرایی تفاهمنامه اسلام آباد نبوده است و در صورت دستیابی به توافق نهایی بر سر مسائل هستهای عملیاتی خواهند شد.
