Банк России принял решение повысить ключевую ставку на 350 б.п., до 12,00% годовых Ну что, появляется возможность купить облигации подешевле, некоторые акции скорее всего получится купить в портфель с доходностью сильно больше 10. Для меня это Лукойл, Сбер-П и Ленэнерго-П. Не является индивидуальной инвестиционной рекомендацией Кредиты еще больше подорожают, ипотека на вторичку становится очень тяжелой.
