Принес интересный эксперимент и свои мысли на этот счет. Представьте себе мир, где рекрутеру ставят KPI по которому пропускает к собеседованию только тех кандидатов, которые успешно пройдут все этапы собеседования. Отправляй резюме не в отклике на вакансию в LinkedIn, а нанимающему менеджеру или на сайте компании.
