Я недавно играла в игру "House of the Ashes". Это эдакий интерактивный ужастик как американские военные думали, что идут сражаться с иракской армией, а попали в подземный город с вампирами (если что, это становится понятно сразу в начале игры, так что не спойлер). Я провожу в Гугле тренинг для новых интервьюеров. Там 3-5 часов (зависит от тренинга), где я рассказываю про то, как интервьюировать, что важно, как писать фидбек, что потом происходит, где искать вопросы и такое всякое. После тренинга людям присылают опрос, где они анонимно отвечают понравился ли им тренинг, было ли полезно. Могут написать комментарии в свободной форме. И через пару дней у меня есть репорт с данным…

Не знаю есть ли тут белорусские военные. Но ссылку дам все равно: https://youtu.be/APffucABfT0 Война - это смерть и искалеченные жизни. Даже если воюющий выживет и не останется инвалидом (что совсем не факт в этой мясорубке), то ему почти гарантирован пожизненный ПТСР. Который в наследство достанется их детям тоже.
