В прошедшем месяце мы запустили чистое помещение для синтеза и нанесения фермента. Прошли аттестацию и готовимся к серийному производству. Не все получается с первого раза, встречаются задачи, которые требуют чуть больше времени. Так нам пришлось подвинуть тест MARD, но в ближайшее время будем его запускать.

На следующей неделе официальный запуск и атестация чистых помещений для синтеза фермента и его нанесения. Также приехало в исследовательскую лабораторию долгожданное оборудование - биохимический анализатор YSI2500 для испытаний на MARD и циркуляционная ванна Bluepard для температурных исследований и калибровок.

Можно написать много пафосных слов, но напишу лишь что в этой фотографии последние 2 года жизни… __ ЭМИГо - проект, который посвящен синтезу работы поджелудочной железы при сахарном диабете посредством датчика непрерывно мониторинга глюкозы, патч-помы и бесконечной математики, завернутой в алгоритмы всех мастей, формирующие закрытую петлю. Мы скоро проводим финальные тесты на MARD и готовы стать медицинскими изделия…

Сегодня собрали датчики в итоговых корпусах, на всех серийных компонентах, проверили собираемость, установку и готовимся к большому тесту MARD! Мы проверим не только наш датчик, а все что есть на рынке РФ, посмотрим что есть маркетинг, а что действительно работает стабильно и хорошо.

На данный момент мы занимаемся строительством чистого помещения, в котором будет происходить самое сложное в производстве систем НМГ - синтез фермента и его нанесение на электроды. При проектировании помещения мы напечатали габаритный макет для отработки технологических потоков. Планируемый запуск - май 2026.
