Der Kommentator regt sich über den neuen Berliner Maskenzwang in Schulen auf... Das ist an sich ja gut, dass auch die Mainstreammedien langsam aufwachen, aber der soll mal nach Bayern schauen, dann reicht ihm ein Eimer für 🤮 nicht.
Muss die Entscheidung noch genauer analysieren. Aber bislang sieht es so aus: Die 20. Kammer des Bayerischen Verwaltungsgerichtshofs deckt wie bisher das inzwischen längst verfassungswidrig gewordene Verordnungsregiment der Staatsregierung, lässt aber ein Schlupflöchlein offen, damit der Beschluss nicht so ganz krass rechtswidrig ist. Die Schulen sollen sicherstellen, dass die Kinder die Masken regelmäßig abnehmen kö…

Hier das vollständige Urteil (leider noch nicht rechtskräftig). Und die Bundesregierung will ja das wieder unterlaufen und die Maßnahmen dauerhaft im Bundesinfektionsschutzgesetz verankern 🤯🤮 Möglichst viele Leute sollten ihre Abgeordneten anschreiben und auffordern, den Gesetzentwurf abzulehnen.
Hoffnung macht auch das Urteil des AG Dortmund vom 02.11.2020, auf das RA Heintz ja schon hingewiesen hat. Das ist zwar noch nicht rechtskräftig, hat aber enorm viel Wirbel verursacht. Ich habe das mal überprüft und eine e-Mail vom dortigen Pressesprecher bekommen, die das Wesentliche zusammenfasst.
