🌾 Заготовки трав для осенне-зимних бань идут полным ходом! Для меня это особое, почти медитативное удовольствие — ходить по полю, срезать душистые стебли, а потом неспешно перебирать их на своей террасе. Вязать пучки для запарок, мастерить колотушки и сушить на чай — каждый этап наполняет пространство ароматами лета и предвкушением теплых банных вечеров.

🌿 Нашла в телефоне видео июль 2022 года! Снимала для своего Дзен-канала процесс сбора зверобоя. Такое душевное, солнечное видео получилось. Решила не прятать его в архивах, а поделиться с вами. Качалась сегодня на качелях на берегу моря и знаете, что я чувствовала в этот момент? То же самое, что и после правильного, глубокого парения Лёгкость, от которой хочется смеяться в голос .
