يا مَن أثقلَ الحزنُ صدرَه… إن لم تُعالِج روحَك بالقرآن، فلن يُعالِجها شيء. اليوم اجعل لنفسك شفاءً: سورة آل عمران أو جزءًا منها، و١٠٠ “سبحان الله”، و١٠٠ “الحمد لله”، وركعتان قبل النوم. دواءُ القلوب في ذكرها… واللهُ يقول: أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ القُلُوب.
