Не полимикрогирия ли?
По МРТ: вроде как нарушена архитектоника извилин - бОльшее количество извилин в правом височно-теменном регионе. Или придираюсь?

Сложный ребенок 10 лет. Когнитивно очень не сохранный. Геном - без патологии. МРТ (по описанию) - без патологии. На ЭЭГ - замедление основного ритма до 5 Гц, мультирегиональная эпилептиформная активность, но обращают на себя внимание частые пробеги быстроволновой активности (RPFA) в правой затылочно-теменно-задневисочной области. Приступы тонические с последующим травматичным падением.

Женщина, 30 лет, приступы в течение 10 лет. Приступы в виде залипания, тонического напряжения обеих конечностей, амнезирует. Великая сила анамнеза - при расспросе она рассказала, что раньше, когда она еще помнила приступы, они начинались с мерцания в правом глазу и чувством страха. По ЭЭГ активность мультирегиональная, но самая яркая в виде "щеток" - в левой затылочно-теменно-задневисочной области. МРТ по описанию, к…
