Тем временем, пока был в отпуске, репортаж о Вятском вышел в газете «Источник». Благодарю главного редактора издания Василия Юмшанова за внимание к материалу. Напомню, проехал 700 км, чтобы увидеть своими глазами, как живёт село, признанное одним из самых красивых в России, и познакомился с человеком, который вложил в него больше миллиарда рублей. Внимательный читатель, возможно, заметил новую иллюстрацию «Вятских заметок». Автор рисунка – талантливый дизайнер и художник Татьяна Старикова, которая с моих слов живописно представила деревню моего детства. Эта деревушка (ныне нежилая) находится среди лесов, в 7 км от ближайшего села, и ведёт к ней одна-единственная дорога. На рисунке – дом прадеда Фёдора Павловича. Вятские лошадки Это фото сделано в деревне Ваньки, в 9 км от села Гордино Афанасьевского района (300 км от Кирова), недалеко от границы с Пермским краем. Там сейчас и пасётся самый крупный табун лошадей вятской породы. Вяточки, как ласково их называют, самобытны, неповторимы, в них просто невозможно не влюбиться! Репортаж из тех мест здесь

🌳 Поддержим наш вяз! На расцвете мая мы отправились за сотни вёрст – в самый восточный уголок нашей области, интересный и самобытный. Выезжали в 3 утра из Кирова с уверенностью, что весна прочно обосновалась по всех вятских весях, однако там, в Афанасьевском районе, она оказалась нетороплива и скромна. Вот и легендарный вяз Марковского угора в момент нашей встречи, кажется, не так давно пробудился – хотя уже дал зе…

Считается, что гора Краснояр в Афанасьевском районе – самая высокая точка Верхнекамской возвышенности и всей Кировской области. Чтобы увидеть это место своими глазами, мы проехали больше 250 км до Афанасьево, затем ещё около 20 по дороге в сторону села Гордино и, не доезжая до села Верхнее Камье, повернули налево. Указателей не встретили, но примерно через 2,5 км навигатор показал наивысшую точку рельефа – 337 метров…
