🎂 Сегодня исполнилось ровно 8 лет первому бану Telegram. Блокировка в России началась 16 апреля 2018 года по решению Таганского суда Москвы из-за отказа Павла Дурова предоставить ФСБ ключи шифрования. Роскомнадзор массово блокировал IP-адреса, но мессенджер все равно продолжал работать и 18 июня 2020 года ограничения были официально сняты. Мы здесь, чтобы снова остаться 🫡

🫡 В России признали использование VPN отягчающим обстоятельством по уголовному делу о приобретении запрещённых веществ. Суд указал, что обвиняемые целенаправленно использовали VPN для доступа к сайтам интернет-магазинов. Как такое могло произойти — неизвестно. Ведь доказать, что VPN использовался именно для доступа к определенному ресурсу — невозможно! А нормальные сервисы не хранят логи. Вот и думайте
