"Как болеть ОРВИ". Хотя мы и без инструкции это умеем и практикуем. 😄 Начнем с того, что делать НЕ надо: ❌Делать горчичники ❌Дышать над картошкой Эти способы чреваты ожогами, а доказанной в исследованиях пользы нет. ❌Скупать половину аптеки. Экономически невыгодно, тем более половину препаратов можно заменить на дешевые аналоги (леденцы, мороженко, солевой раствор). Другие советы в карточках 🤩
